Unfortunately, the Taco Bell in Milledgeville GA. has become one of the worst places to visit for food. The employees will ignore the customers while they play and chit chat amongst themselves. Their new remodel looks great, but no amount of remodeling can make up for the total disregard of basic customer service.

I have seen this business close in so many locations. Will be glad when this one follows. Placed an online order which gave an error. Money was taken from my account but no record of my order is present at store. Staff does not know any procedures on how to resolve the issue other than I believe trying to contact management that doesn't answer. Explains why the store rating is so high.
