During my initial visit, I was unfamiliar with the establishment's layout and found myself waiting for several minutes. Although I was greeted, the staff proceeded with other orders without inquiring about my needs. Subsequently, another customer arrived and their order was taken before mine, at which point I was informed about the designated queue. Additionally, I noticed an issue with flies.
I tried calling SIX TIMES to tell them that I am pregnant and needed my meat to be cooked but no by picked up. I had to warm up my own turkey myself. And I know it is not busy enough in there to ignore 6 phone calls 🙄
I had to wait for one person to remove several trays of cooked bread from the oven,install it on cooling rack and then install new dough in the oven while the other employee stood there and watched instead of preparing the sandwiches for the people standing in front of me. A waste of my time! Then the said the store only had wheat and white and no other bread selections. Then out jalepeno peppers which was just refusal to get more for.my sandwiches.
