I just ordered four, six piece nugget kids meals. One came with THREE nuggets, one came with FOUR nuggets, one came with FIVE nuggets, and the last one came with all six. How does this even happen??? I tried to call but no one answered.

Never go during shift change! My 1st Quarter Pounder Burger(I reported it the mgr on duty) was just as bad as this one! This is the pic of the 2nd one. It was half of a quarter pounder burger which fell apart while trying to bite it...the bun was old and the fries were cold!

Was asked to pull up and my order will be brought out to me. Waited over 20 minutes and my order was given to another person. Had to go in the building with the lady to get it corrected. That took another 10 minutes.

This is kind upsets today, my kids so hungry, 25 minutes to wait; I decide come in and no see list of my order and waiting stand 3 minutes wait for someone talk me. This all I was not happy our food are little cold and warm. And missed one cheeseburger and they put wrong apple slice for kids I was order extra fries ?

Not the friendliest staff, the manager Sharri, has the nastiest attitude always.She doesn't know how to talk to customers or staff.(she talks down on or at you when she's asked a question.Staff are lazy, lots of playing while customers are waiting for their food, especially the night/evening shift. There's no direction or discipline.
