We went through the drive thru to order on the way to pick up my children from a gymnastic function and after ordering I think there was a pair 8 cars asked to pull forward and I was very stressed out because my order I had to wait for but when I got my order it was missing a plate … i usually always have a problem with my order at this location for whatever reason I’m not sure and I know and understand that things happen but I needed to pick up my children and this was making...read full review
Food is good. People are kind. Kiddie cup lids are TERRIBLE!! They will not stay on cups. We had two spilled drinks even after securing lids. Stickiness is not a pleasant experience for anyone - but especially toddlers. Please analyze and replace. Eating elsewhere until problem is fixed.

Based on the reviews, this Zaxby's is top tear quality in every way. The dining room is clean, and the food is hot, fresh, and astounding. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. The service is great, and the drive-thru moves quickly even during peak dinner times. One customer chose the Cobb with fried chicken and Honey Mustard dressing but found it a horrible choice because the salad was too salty. The greens were good, and the staff were excellent. Another customer noted that an assistant manager makes the best salads. The restaurant supports high school sports, and the food is delicious.
