Hard to complain about a free sandwich (promotion for new sandwich to anybody named Mike), but the overall experience was very bad.
First the food. The sandwich was tasty. Not $10 tasty to me, but I am notoriously frugal.
The problem was the attitude of the employees (especially the lady). The guy taking my order had no problem ringing up the deal but the lady came from down the counter to make sure that my name was Mike or Michael and no other variation was acceptable....read full review

Excellent meatball sub is one of my favorites. The employee are very friendly. Great fresh made subs!
