On my way home from vacation and stopped here. Meat on Sandwich was brown and smelled horrible. Associate tried to tell us it was thee oxidation of the meat. Bad business selling spoiled food.

Firehouse Subs in itself is a great franchise and has a great menu. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill fast. The evening I was there, the staff spoke loudly to each other about customers they do not care for. It was hurtful to see poor customers having to wait and that had legit complaints.

I went through drive thru and placed my order at 4:58 mind you I was only car in line and only person there I was just sitting at window more than 10 minutes still waiting on my food so I drove around and went inside and kindly ask where my food was at and they was like what food the guy that took my order ask them then engineer y’all didn’t give it her mind you now my sandwich is just sitting on the counter the other worker informed that they was busy prepping I understand that but my food is just sitting there getting cold if I would have never drove around my sandwich would still be sitting on the counter worst customer service I ever had with them I will not be returning back to this firehouse anymore

I, like others, normally write nothing but 5 star reviews; not this time. Young man who took our order got the order right, because he repeated it. Young man who made our sandwich, that took way too long, had his jeans pulled halfway down his butt with his underwear showing! Had I seen this before he completed order, I would’ve walked out after getting a refund AND because the dang order was wrong! Won’t be going here again!
The Perry Ga location should be shut down. I have not been back in over a year due to the abysmal service I had received in the past from its employees and management. Today I decided to try it again and sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes. meanwhile there were at least 3 cars behind me waiting. I received my sandwich and it was not correct and it was not even warm. Based on previous experiences, I decided it was not worth wasting my time to address the cold and incorrect sandwich. The owner of this establishment should be embarrassed.

Normally, I have outstanding experiences at Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately, today was not good at all. At the drive-through, I placed my order and pulled up to the window. Fifteen minutes later (with cars lined up behind me), the cashier returned to the window and asked me if I had received my order. So he turned around a little bewildered and returned five minutes after that with my order making my time at the window a ridiculous twenty minutes. When I got home, both half sandwiches were messed up, the meat and veggies were on the bottom of the carton with the hoagie roll upside down on top of it. $18.00 for two half subs and it was awful.
