The attitude of the staff was really terrible.the Cobb salads me and my wife ordered the lettuce tastedSour. When we complained they said we had to call back to speak with management. The restroom where nasty and no paper towels we will not be going back to this one

I see alot of really bad reviews so I was skeptical but I must be honest. I had an above avg experience here. My food was very fresh it was definitely made to order. The wait wasn't long at all. The lady taking my order was very polite. I have to give a top score.

Spent my entire lunch break waiting on my order. I order a chicken salad. I got to the window and 3 cars behind me back out because the wait was so long. I asked why, it was taking so long just for a salad and Tochella said because they got older people in the kitchen. I asked for a refund and she slammed the window and proceeded to make me wait an additional 10 minutes. She came back asking for my card so she could put the money back on there. She came back with a ten dollar bill saying she messed up and selected cash instead of card. I then asked for my 37 cents she left off. This lady gets an attitude and tell me her drawer will still be short. Like what kind of idiot is this. So refunding me the money, I paid will make your drawer short? Like who do you think I am? As dumb as you? Are you stealing money out the drawer? Then she slams the door on the older woman talking to me and apologizing for my experience. Fire these young dumb employees, clean house and hire people who can be professional and do their job right with integrity!!! I called and the night manager apologized and said her name was Tochella. With a name like that, I can see why she's ignorant!!!

Worst experience that I have ever had at a Zaxby's. Atmosphere was dirty. Grilled chicken on my wife salad was crunchy and didn't taste right. Bathroom was horrible with no paper towels to dry your hands. I would not recommend.

Josh was very rude and didnt want to remake my food. i sat in line for up to 45 min on a simple one person order and it was wrong and cold. I asked for a refund or for my food to be remade and i got neither . Terrible experience and horrible management .

The woman's bathroom was disgusting! Pee on the floor, and had to flush 3-4 times to get my stuff down the toilet! One guy was scratching his hair in front of me, and then had the AUDACITY to give me a cup! I just asked "if I can get my own please?" ZERO POINT FIVES STARS if I had the choice!
