I was dining alone on New Years day. My foam plate was flimsy and broke spilling some food on the bar. I looked to see if an employee could help but I didn't notice one. So I decided to wait until they came back. An employee came and started cleaning it up. Food used to be better. The chicken was dried up on the outside. Had to peel off the crust and top layer of chicken. The gravy and mashed potatoes were instant and I hated the taste of them both.
