Lately I never seem to get all my order or it's always mixed up.the service will be great but if the food not there it is a problem. I am elderly and going in and out in the heat and being told I have to come back to the store or telling me I have to down load the out is not a option for me there are just to many chicken places in columbus for that.even just taking that amount off my debit card was a problem 🙃 ask just mail me a gift card for a sandwich didn't work either...read full review
