“I just moved here to Georgia, and was happy to try CSC, because I had seen videos of it on TikTok. I was immediately greeted by the SWEETEST worker! I told Nyla, that it was my first time here at CSC, and she gave me the run down of the menu, popular picks, and let me sample several flavors. My taste buds were blown away, by the different mild, bold, sweet and spicy flavors. I became an instant fan!

Nyla went above and BEYOND with her customer service, made me feel so welcomed and made my first experience here at Chicken Salad Chick such positive and memorable one. I definitely will be returning to get my CSC. The only “negative” part of this first time experience was trying to choose which flavors to take home with me. I kept it to 4, haha.“

“I popped in on my lunch break, the food was so good. I tried the new salmon bowl and it was worth the hype. I was greeted when walking in the door and helped as soon as I got to the counter. The staff was excellent. The restaurant was clean and had a nice environment“

I came a few other people and our food came out as it was done being prepared instead of sitting in the kitchen waiting for everything else to finish cooking. My son and I like authentic spicy and level 2 was about right - hot enough to feel the heat without being uncomfortable. But if you aren't used to truly spicy food, go with 1. Even that was a little spicy for my DIL.“

“Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat while out shopping and I am more than happy with my choice. Food & drinks both exceeded my expectations. They have a fairly new general manager, Michelle, and she is doing great things at this location. I enjoyed getting to chat with her for a few minutes. If you are in the mall, stop in and say hi, and grab you a Ruby Relaxer while you're at it. Highly recommend.“

“Came in for lunch on my day off and I'm glad I did! Christy was phenomenal! She saw that I was dining alone so she checked in as needed, answered whatever questions I had, and did it all with her sweet Southern charm. Loved the fact that one of the guys from the kitchen served my food. I tried the tingy chicken bowl for the 1st time.... hot, fresh & seasoned well. Will be back again!“

“This Chick-fil-A is my absolute favorite. Everyone that works there is always friendly and willing to help with whatever we need. It always seems as if their food is the freshest and they always take time to talk to the kids when we come in. They even have fun events often for the kids the manager there is really nice too. My kids absolutely love to playground there. It is always clean. The bathrooms are always clean as well and that is very important to me because I want my kids to always have clean bathrooms. My kids love to play with the cow mascot when it comes out the cow mascot is always friendly and takes time to play with the kids. We go here about once a week and we love this place. The prices aren’t that bad either they have a really good chicken sandwich and I love their Chick-fil-A sauce. My son usually gets chicken fingers and loves the ranch and also puts ranch on his chicken fingers thank you Chick-fil-A for always making it a great experience for me and the family. We will definitely be going back again soon probably this week ha ha“

We sat down at a table and used the Chick-fil-A app to order our food. It came out quickly, correctly and delicious.
The staff, of course, were pleasant and helpful.“

Wish the seasonal offerings (French dip) were year-round or that some of their old offerings (noodles bowls) would come back. On the pricier side for fresh food prepared fast, but beats a burger and fries any day. Love the drink selection.“

I now have to drive across town to the second location. that location put bacon on my sandwich this morning and I am a Pollatarian. They NEVER were like other restaurants. Now. they are slacking“

“Went to the Zaxbys on Macon first, but it was absolutely filthy so we left.

We decided to try this location because my husband REALLY wanted to try Zaxbys while we were out here in Georgia. This location was MUCH better. It was clean, no weird/gross smells, friendly service, and the food is DELICIOUS. I am glad we decided to give Zaxbys a second chance instead of just going by how bad the first location was.“

“This is THE BEST Zaxby's I have ever been in. Friendly and helpful cashier in helping to get the mobile app to work when having an issue placing the order due to an error with the toast even though neither one of us could see the issue. The food was fresh and hot. We were traveling thru so I don't have the opportunity to be a regular at this location even though I wish I could be. It is so much better than those in my area.
