Went today and air conditioning was not working. Sweet young lady, McKenzie, took our order while wiping sweat off her forhead.
Food was tasty but we ended up sitting outside since it was cooler.
I went back inside to get a box for my leftovers. Asked McKenzie how long A/C had been off.
She said since the a.m 🙄
Needless to say I wrote corporate and e-mail.
McAllister’s is lucky their employees stayed today !

Took my sister for her first visit ever, and my first to the Columbus location- and first in several years. Our cashier (tall with dreadlocks) was so kind and pleasant and helpful- we both ordered a veggie spud and I had the chicken avocado salad and that is the best salad I’ve ever had in my life!! I will be craving it all the time so I’ll be back!!
They weren't happy that I got there so late, but is just gotten off at the hospital and they still served me, but work an attitude. The food was good, and their attitudes got better with each interaction (refills and questions), so I'll give them a fairly good review. Go see them, but remind them of your rewards account several times!

McAlister's Deli has a super friendly staff, including team members like Terrance and Jeffrey, who handle orders with a great attitude. They offer Gluten Free Bread for those with dietary restrictions. The food is excellent, with many customers noting it is worth going back for, though a bit pricey for frequent visits. The Pick 2 meal is always fresh, hot, and just as ordered, making it a popular choice. Despite the cost, the overall experience is superior, with many praising the service that makes diners feel welcome. McAlister's Deli is a great choice for those looking for a healthier alternative to fast food, making it a perfect spot for occasional dining out or lunch with friends.
