Picked up an Uber eats order at this Starbucks is way too busy compared to Macon Rd and Manchester locations seems like they need more help cause for some reason many don't seem like they are a part of society unless they but Starbucks ?
I've been here a handful of times for business. It's a convenient location and the dining room has been a nice place to work after 9:30am however in the morning they prioritize drive through while the cafe customers are waiting 30+ min for drinks. Their update at 8:40 am was they were still working on drink orders from 8:00am! They were told NOT to warn people when ordering and many people, myself included left without ever getting their drink. Pretty rough start to the day

I don't if Starbucks needs a review from me. the coffee is great and cstomer service is really good at this location.I like that the company went away from asking to leave a tip. I think it rude!I remember about 12 years ago this small drive thru coffee place started asking to leave a tip, I never went back. I never thought that 12 years late would be a standard practice.I like Starbucks sandwiches and pastries. The prices are about right.
