We have been ordering from this zaxby’s for years.
Today we needed 3 ( admittedly complicated) orders.
Ranch dressing turned into ranch sauce,
6 chicken fingers turned into 4,
Hole in honey mustard sauce,
No extra zax sauce for zax snack,
The order was taken correctly and service was fast and friendly.
These deficits were very unusual for this zaxby, but I would have to suggest a pullover and inspection of order.

So there’s a sign on the drive thru that said they couldn’t accept MasterCard specifically today. Cool.
Order my food and wait in line. Get to the window and they say their entire card system is down and that I was allegedly told this. Is that something you say without getting confirmation/acknowledgement that the person on the other end heard you???? It’s not.
Fine.
