Manager had a very nasty attitude. There was a misunderstanding on our takeout order. We weren’t mad or upset just more confused. She was rude and made the ordering experience very unpleasant. The workers worked with us to fix the issue and we appreciate their patience and attempts to rectify the situation but the manager was awful.
Went threw the drive thur only to be talked to very rudely, let her knw we had coupons and then tried to order and was told we can only order 3 sandwiches thur the window. . She got the orderd completely wrong when went to window tried to hand her the coupons only to be told u should of handed them to me before u paid. U didn't even ask us if we had then coupons after we told u when we ordered we had coupons. Then tried to blames use for not telling her they were separate orders...read full review
Cant go wrong with a meatball sub from this store, and they did a good job with mine.
