This place has gone down hill fast. Soda machine was out of all dinks except diet and there is always sticky stuff all over the floor. The sandwiches are very slack now. For 16.99 for a footlong meal is outrageous and they hardly put anything on there and have the nerve to tell me it comes with double the cheese do you want it or not. Of course I do that's what I ordered. LAZY! I'll find somewhere else to go

Placed an online order. Did not get the right food. Pretzel stale with no sauce. Order somewhere else! Used to be my favorite. Threw out half the food.

I waited 60 MINUTES IN THE DRIVETHRU This is unbelievable. I could get so much done in the hour that a waited. When the guy asked for my order, he said "oh- oh- im not ready yet" thats just dumb.

I mobile order a personal pizza on the 24th of January and it didn’t come with nothing but one thing ask for on the pizza. It’s very unacceptable and I think you guys should get rid these young kids at subway they are very irresponsible. I won’t be giving that subway my service again.

Went to pick up a couple of sandwiches. No other customers were there. The 3 young men that work there were running about the store playing and chasing each other. The person making the sandwiches ran to the back of the store and never came out to wait on me. I waited and a few minutes and told the other young man playing on his phone at a table, never mind and left the store. Other times I've been to the store during working hours and the door was locked and the "Closed" sign was on the door. I don't look for this Subway to be open long at this point.

I have never been treated so rudely as I was this morning at Subway on Schomburg Road in Columbus, GA!!!! (Nov 21,2023). I do not recommend this store EVER!! They do not belong in a customer service!!!

They made me wait in line for a long time even though I was at the front of the line. Workers were just standing around. Also when they made my sandwich they took 10 minutes to make it and the guy who was high or something and was so slow. Never coming back.

Just went to to the location on schomburg road where nobody was there and no one was in the the drive thru . Woman at the window told us to start with our order then asked us to wait . We waited for over 10 minutes then when she came back on her headphone she was extremely rude and i told my husband I no longer wanted to eat there because her attitude was nasty . And we told her she then told us she was the manager . I called to the store and asked for the managers name and she said she would not give me that information and hung the phone in my face . I called back to the store and asked for the managers name again and she said it’s private information and i said no it’s not if you are a manager . She then laughed and i told her i was going to contact corporate and she told me do what you have to do . I will never go back to the Subway on schomburg road and i have even began to call my family and friends and tell them not to go there either . That’s no way to treat a customer or talk to anyone period . Oh believe me when I say whoever that manager was I will be reporting it and it will be handled . My kids were in the car as well as my husband during the event and time

I ordered online with Subway App (not a different carrier like door dash) when i got there to pick up my order, they said they were not getting the online orders pushed to them. They required me to pay them for my order instead of accepting the online order showing where i have paid for my food already.They had no resolution to issue except contact Subway app. Well, there is no way to contact someone except via message service thru the app. As of today, it has been 4 days and no response to my message.Then to top the whole fiasco out, she put old discolored lettuce on my sandwich.i will not return to this location. I never have any issues with the Subway on Manchester Expressway.May just not trust the app any longer. i still had to pay for my meal 2 times!!!!!
