She came to our table to check on us many times without hovering. She made us feel loved and cared for whilst it was super busy. She is a top tier waitress! She definitely deserves a raise!“

“We held a private luncheon upstairs at The Cannon Brew Pub and it went great. The service was top notch. They staffed 2 people to take care of us and it was the best service a lot of us have experienced. Very thankful to the staff for making this farewell lunch a wonderful success.“

“While I recommend Ride on Smoothies. I did have an issue with customer service. I usually call and prepay before picking up my beverage. Today, I went online to reserve my beverages. It was not available. I called the store and was told it was a mistake and they had plenty! I told her I was en route. I arrived and of course, it's Saturday and the parking is hectic! I called and asked if I can prepay and have someone to run my package out to me. I'm told know after a text from the manager. They don't do that. What?! It's always been done. I said, okay, I'll put my hazards lights on, run in quickly, and be done. I see new employees. She explains to me that it's busy and she couldn't come out to meet me. I'm confused, because you told you don't do it anymore. I have anxiety and a disability. This is why I do this. I was annoyed! Do better Ride on Smoothies & Juice Bar.“

You could taste the flavors, there was a little spice on a few items, as expected and explained. You won't come here and have your taste buds assassinated with heat hiding flavor. It had grilled chicken in it and bacon with green onions and bbq sauce comes on it but I got it on the side. My mom’s Korean bbq flavored wings were great and my daughter LOVED her smash cheeseburger!! The I didn’t love the bbq sauce so I ate the Mac & cheese without it but if you did buffalo or ranch it would probably be great too! We will be back for sure!1 especially seeing their wall of beer and wine that is self-serve!“

“Lynn was absolutely phenomenal! She remained professional, kind, and composed even under pressure. I witnessed a situation where another employee appeared to be speaking in a condescending manner, rolling her eyes, and engaging in side conversations, which came across as unprofessional. Despite that, Lynn kept a smile on her face, stayed focused on the customer, and handled everything with grace and professionalism. Her excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. She definitely deserves 5 stars!“

“I never make reviews, I work in the industry myself and respect people who work in the food industry. i love wing stop, everything about it. I called in to place a to go order and the girl taking my order wouldn’t stop giggling at me, didn’t tell me my price, literally hung up on me when I was asking. I get there 10 minutes later and she laughs again when I tell her my name. then, she puts my order in. not when I called. when I got to the restaurant. it was extremely rude, not once did she say thank you, and the whole reason I placed the order to go was so I wouldn’t have to get here and wait another 15-20 minutes. the other two people there were lovely. if you don’t want to give customer service, don’t work somewhere it’s required.“
