“We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP, and Shanna was a huge part of that! She was an absolutely amazing server—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure we had everything we needed, kept checking on us without being overbearing, and made us feel really welcomed and taken care of.

You can tell Shanna truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Great service like hers really makes a difference, and we left with a smile because of her! “Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat while out shopping and I am more than happy with my choice. Food & drinks both exceeded my expectations. They have a fairly new general manager, Michelle, and she is doing great things at this location. I enjoyed getting to chat with her for a few minutes. If you are in the mall, stop in and say hi, and grab you a Ruby Relaxer while you're at it. Highly recommend.“

“My daughter recently got diagnosed with Celiac disease and she has been wanting a burger so badly and Five Guys was recommended for having safe options but I was still a bit worried. I honestly shouldn't have been though. We Door Dashed and while they don't have Gluten-free buns, they have the option of a lettuce wrap or a bowl. She chose a bowl and after we completed our order on the app I called the restaurant to make sure everything was sent over properly. I spoke with the manager on duty and I wish I had gotten her name, we ordered on Saturday, September 5th, and she said anytime we ordered just to call so they can ensure no cross contamination occurs. Door Dash doesn't have any type of spot to notify for dietary restrictions versus preferences which would be nice honestly. We got our order quickly and it was perfect. The fries that were ordered with her bowl were placed in the bag with the bowl then placed in a separate delivery bag away from our burgers with buns. Our daughter got her burger and even without the bun, she was so happy and didn't get sick. We definitely will order again and are so grateful for an amazing job.“

I had next to no lettice, bacon crumbles and no fried Jalapeño pieces but the burger was still good. the snickers blizzard was good but melting...they definitely couldn't do the flip cup on it and the fries were super cold. I'd say it was okay but definitely not the best...they could use a lot of improvements. I try to be considerate of the short staff...also THE DINING ROOM ISNT OPEN even though their website says it is...“

“I order a lot of food early in the morning about 45 minutes before I need it and Sabrina always has a smile on her face. I have considered several times trying to steal her for our industry because people like this are hard to come by. It is fast food but overall it is a good quality well wrapped and packaged very rarely do I have any issues with the restaurant. Now if you really want to know the truth on cleanliness just look at their score they have scored a 100 on their last inspection that says volumes with management and their ability to have a good and and clean restaurant. I will continue to use them and I always hope that Sabrina is there because she brings such a bright and cheerful smile and a can-do attitude“

Our little Krystal burgers were very delicious and the French fries, I have never cared much for their fries but yall these fries were hot and perfectly salted.
