The service as soon as you step in here is so welcoming. The hostess has a kind spirit. Our waitress Alexis was great and very personable.

We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP, and Shanna was a huge part of that! She was an absolutely amazing server—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind.
