This was a great IHOP. Food was great, service was great. BUT, it was COLD in there. Like no matter where you sit there's a portion of the artic blowing on you cold. Like go get another jacket to wear on top of your jacket cold. I know you can't please everyone with their preferred temperature, but a few degrees warmer and I wouldn't have been grumpy while eating my pancakes.

I hadn't been to an IHOP in a long time. My favorite dish was always the crepes. I was so disappointed when they arrived. They tasted like they had been warmed up in a toaster oven. The fresh berries were good.

⚠️ Terrible service ⚠️,WAITED almost 1 hour an a half for the food . The server came many times saying “we will get your food” but the food didn’t even came . STILL HASNT ARRIVED AS IM TYPING

It's ihop so food and space are pretty much the same across. Only thing different between the store are staff. And yep the reason I rated 3 stars because of an unpleasant experience I had there with the server. She was probably on a mood or something ignore us the almost the whole time trying to get her over to get more drink was very difficult, speaking tone was also not friendly either. Overall I would still comeback as this is could be just an one time problem
They have good food choices. It's fresh. The staff is good. The only complaint was the music was loud, but they actually turned it down when we asked. Very nice.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options.

Never recieved our food. Waitress came out twice to tell us it would be a few more minutes. After 35 minutes and many other customers being served, she said our ticket was lost so it was not being made. This is sad, we will not be returning to this location.
