I place my order through the app and it’s always made correctly. It doesn’t take long even when there seems to be a lot of people waiting. They are very proficient. Staff are always friendly. I love the Coke machine because it has a lot of variety.
I love Firehouse subs and I'm a frequent customer. My favorite sub is the turkey bacon ranch, but I chose to try a different one on my last visit and it didn't disappoint me at all. The staff was very friendly, and the service was great! Furthermore, I love the reward points, it can save you money if you're in a tight.
Food was hot, fresh and made as requested. Employees were respectful, knowledgeable and busy. 5 employees working when I was there.
