“I would recommend the food but the customer service from one of the workers serving the food could be better, a dark skin heavy set older woman, older then me anyway…. I walked out today because I can’t stand terrible customer service. I own my business and would fire any worker who treated my customers poorly family or not. She literally had the lady in front of me scared to ask questions about her own food. I couldn’t deal with the attitude and walked out. The lady asked nicely how much for an extra piece of meat and when we heard the price we were shocked so we made a lil face. She was like it is what it is. OF COURSE it is but your attitude is not where it’s at. These folks got some good A** food don’t get me wrong I was so ready my mouth was watering but that whole thing threw me off. Do better and if you don’t like your job quit. I understand you are only one person. But it was only 2 of us in there ordering. “My husband and I went to Marks for our 42nd wedding anniversary. The service and the food was great! He had the Cajun Chicken Pasta, and I had the Ruben Sandwich with fries. We both enjoyed our meals very much.“

It was not available. I called the store and was told it was a mistake and they had plenty! I told her I was en route. I arrived and of course, it's Saturday and the parking is hectic! I called and asked if I can prepay and have someone to run my package out to me. I'm told know after a text from the manager. They don't do that. What?! It's always been done. I said, okay, I'll put my hazards lights on, run in quickly, and be done. I see new employees. She explains to me that it's busy and she couldn't come out to meet me. “I've been to a lot of IHops before and this one is solid. Good food, cozy atmosphere and great service. If you want a good start to your breakfast, come here.

No picture this time but got a short stack of pancakes and hashbrowns with a strawberry iced tea. All of them were very delicious with no complaints on my end.“

I had the chicken salad with the super yummy candied pecans — fantastic as always! It’s one of my favorites and never disappoints. My husband ordered the fried fish and received a really generous portion. He had nothing but praise for it and happily finished the leftovers later that same night 😆

Our waitress wasn’t very outgoing or particularly friendly this time, but she did an overall acceptable job. We’re usually spoiled by another server there who is fast, friendly, and fun, so maybe our expectations are just high.

The staff are good at keeping the indoor area clean and they take on many orders in a short amount of time and have a good system to meeting each customers need. The indoor place has a viewing area to watch the doughnuts being made and that is a fun experience.“
