“Jack's food is delicious when you can get all of it hot. Like any other fast food restaurant, you're going to have those hit and miss situations, when sometimes the burger or chicken is seasoned well, hot and juicy,,,, but the fries are cold and hard. This has been the case for our last several visits. When visiting Jack's (because we are traveling), we use the drive-through, are always asked to pull up, or park in a parking space to wait for our food. Waiting on a hot juicy meal is not a problem for us. We would much rather have to wait a few minutes for a nice hot meal than be rushed and get a room temperature, hard or dry meal. An example of when we do get frustrated is when we have to pull up to wait for an item to be cooked, such as fries. So you wait 10 minutes to get fresh hot fries, but you have luke warm, somewhat hard, dry tenders, chicken, or burger. What's the point in that? Hot fries, but cold, hard meat.... If we have to wait, please just give us everything hot and fresh.“
“Food is the same as always, service is okay but online ordering was a disaster. Not really the location's fault it seems, but having to prove I ordered something with a bank statement was a bit over board.DQ needs to fix their online ordering.“
“Decided to have a wonderful breakfast at Hardee's this morning and boy was I wrong. I waited at the counter for 18 mins for someone to take my order, not 1 worker acknowledged me or said anything to me like "I'll be with you in just a min or anything". You have a chick with pink hair just walking around, 1 chick out in the parking lot talking to people, and 1 cook cooking, and a old lady who you cant understand calling out orders. A gentleman ordered coffee and even paid for it and then only to get told they don't have coffee so he walked out. Then another lady (customer) wait over 27mins for her food and then finally got it 10 mins later. I finally had my fill from all the inconsiderate and rudeness from the employees and unprofessionalism. I will not be back.“

She seemed a little new at the job, she was very friendly and eager to help me with my "Have it my way" order.Maryann helped with a couple of items on the POS equipment and was also very friendly in helping figure out a dessert and preparing it.Saved this GPS as a favorite stop in my vehicle. “This place is TOP TIER if you are in Andy... GO HERE. Just do it! AIt's amazing. The food is amazing. I love this place I go here two times a month, but I wish I went more. It is not that pricey if you take advantage of the bundles. I usually get chicken nuggets with sweet n sour sauce. They are the best!“
“Sonic has some good food and nice atmosphere. The drive thru can use some improvement. It takes them forever to come to the intercom to take your order in drive thru. And it would be nice if Sonic would consider adding delivery to their services.“

“The folks who own\work there are all very polite, respectful, and eager to do whatever any customer wants\needs each and every time I have been there! It's really got a lot to offer folks especially in such a small town. It's the only place around that you can get such a large variety of items! If you get a chance to, go by hungry! Then try a plate of food-resraurant section,try birthday cake milkshake-ice cream section,try fresh tomatoes-produce section, or there is many other things they have there during the day. As well as bunches of fresh fruits and vegetables;so many flavors of ice cream, and on top of all that you can pick up fresh hot boiled peanuts any time they are open too!At first I was little hesitant due to the prices, but it's nothing compared to inflation at most everywhere else since Joe Biden was able to get cheated his way into office!“
