“Monday 1/22/24 Time: 7:30 pm My family and I went in to be waited to be seated and the workers didnt even welcome us. They looked very upset that we walked in. One employee looked like she didnt want to wait on us as she went behind the counter to take a drink of her drink and then attempted to run into the kitchen area like she was gonna be sick. Hollared for someone else. She came over and asked us what we wanted with a very rude attitude. We said we would like to dine-in. She puts her head down and said something to someone and we stood there for a few mins. in confusion.So we felt very unwelcome and we left. As we left one of the pizza makers waved and said "Bye" Review: very poor of employees and didn't feel welcomed. Was very dissatisfied and will not be goin back. Sad thing is that you use to feel welcomed and be in the presents of great employees.“

“Employees should use inside voices when having conversation with other employees. Customers really don't want to hear some of the things y'all talk about like your right there beside them. Also should keep the dinning room a little cleaner then it was when we were there.“

“I was pleasantly surposed at the service and food here and I can't really give a reason for the surprise. The service people just did what you expect but you are surprised they did it better than your expectations. Sonic got me for my next visit to this city. They also made it harder for the competition to do better. The cheeseburgers were on point and the shakes just right! Yes do stop and see the workers work for your business.“

“My experience was very satisfying for a long time I have been discouraged on eating out at different places around Andalusia either the food suck or the service is horrible or u over paying and not getting what u ask for well today was a new stop for me first time customer at firehouse sub today and I can say it was the best experience ever not only was me and my husband greeted we was greeted with smiles the employees looked happy to be there and the place was clean and inviting the evening crew of Andalusia rocked not only was my food delicious it was appealing to look at and made just the way I ask thank you god for the service today it gives me hope that there is people who still care especially about how they serve food and greet people with love and kindness The love was dang sure in the sandwich and I will most definitely be back the price is worth the sandwich sign a very happy Customer Lashay Carter“

“We stopped by this Arby’s during our travels and were blown away by the hospitality. Even though it's fast food, the entire team was exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They didn't just take our order—they went out of their way to check on us, help clear tables, and make sure we had everything we needed just out of sheer kindness. It’s rare to find service this genuine and attentive anywhere, let alone at a fast-food stop. Wonderful food and an even better crew!“

“Decided to have a wonderful breakfast at Hardee's this morning and boy was I wrong. I waited at the counter for 18 mins for someone to take my order, not 1 worker acknowledged me or said anything to me like "I'll be with you in just a min or anything". You have a chick with pink hair just walking around, 1 chick out in the parking lot talking to people, and 1 cook cooking, and a old lady who you cant understand calling out orders. A gentleman ordered coffee and even paid for it and then only to get told they don't have coffee so he walked out. Then another lady (customer) wait over 27mins for her food and then finally got it 10 mins later. I finally had my fill from all the inconsiderate and rudeness from the employees and unprofessionalism. I will not be back.“

“My food is always ready very quickly. I think that the interior might have been remodeled, which gives it a nice look. It’s clean as well. My only complaint is that they can sometimes be out of stock on items (such as American cheese, cookies, or certain chips), but I understand if I just came on a busy day.“

“We tried to use the drive thru and our simple order of 3 reg tacos, no cheese was messed up. Went inside, told the guy our drive thru order was wrong. Paid again and they still managed to get it wrong. Finally left with my right order. 🙄😂“

“This is our favorite chicken restaurant. Usually very consistent in their quality. The employees are friendly, helpful and patient. We usually have a wait if we are ordering mixed chicken as a family, but we don't mind. It's very good and not oversalted. Okra is good, too. Atmosphere isn't inside. We use the drive through. I've been inside. It's clean.“

“My daughter and I ate at the Andalusia Walmart Subway this morning. Have been there numerous times, and it's always great. Today, a guy who just started this week (Eric I think?) waited on us. Excellent customer service and personality!“

“Ordered two bacon and egg biscuits with extra bacon and got two tasty breakfast sandwiches but with fatty raw bacon. You'd think they'd cook the bacon to a semi crisp at least. So we paid extra for bacon we wound up discarding it. Breakfast smoothie was well prepared. Customer service was top notch and very friendly. Was just passing thru and ordered off the McDonald's app. Will order in person next time. God bless y'all.“

“There was a very sweet young man that took our order. I didn't get his name but my husband and I thought he must have been raised right. He was very friendly and respectful. It was a very pleasant experience. We like to go there after a hot day on the lake. It's good and hot and fresh and plenty of room to park with the boat.“
