“Monday 1/22/24 Time: 7:30 pm My family and I went in to be waited to be seated and the workers didnt even welcome us. They looked very upset that we walked in. One employee looked like she didnt want to wait on us as she went behind the counter to take a drink of her drink and then attempted to run into the kitchen area like she was gonna be sick. Hollared for someone else. She came over and asked us what we wanted with a very rude attitude. We said we would like to dine-in. She puts her head down and said something to someone and we stood there for a few mins. in confusion. So we felt very unwelcome and we left. As we left one of the pizza makers waved and said "Bye" Review: very poor of employees and didn't feel welcomed. Was very dissatisfied and will not be goin back. Sad thing is that you use to feel welcomed and be in the presents of great employees.“
“Wasn't greeted at all. Girl at the register folded her arms and laid them and her head on the register. She never said, "Can I help you?" or "What can I get for you?" We just had to start ordering. We was asked if we wanted double fries or fries and coleslaw. Was not given another choice. In the ladies room their are 2 stalls, small and handicap, the handicap does not have a lock on the door which is a good 4 feet away from the toliet. Food was hot and as good as other restraunts in the area. We ate out of to-go boxes. Over all very disappointed. I meant to put 2 stars“
“Jack's food is delicious when you can get all of it hot. Like any other fast food restaurant, you're going to have those hit and miss situations, when sometimes the burger or chicken is seasoned well, hot and juicy,,,, but the fries are cold and hard. This has been the case for our last several visits. When visiting Jack's (because we are traveling), we use the drive-through, are always asked to pull up, or park in a parking space to wait for our food. Waiting on a hot juicy meal is not a problem for us. We would much rather have to wait a few minutes for a nice hot meal than be rushed and get a room temperature, hard or dry meal. An example of when we do get frustrated is when we have to pull up to wait for an item to be cooked, such as fries. So you wait 10 minutes to get fresh hot fries, but you have luke warm, somewhat hard, dry tenders, chicken, or burger. What's the point in that? Hot fries, but cold, hard meat.... If we have to wait, please just give us everything hot and fresh.“
“Food is the same as always, service is okay but online ordering was a disaster. Not really the location's fault it seems, but having to prove I ordered something with a bank statement was a bit over board.DQ needs to fix their online ordering.“
“The food was mediocre. We ordered the grilled white fish that includes white rice, two sides and a bread stick. The food at every location tastes the same, although here the green beans were soupy and a tad too salty. We stopped by around 4 p.m. and the place was not “
