Wasn't greeted at all. Girl at the register folded her arms and laid them and her head on the register. She never said, "Can I help you?" or "What can I get for you?" We just had to start ordering. We was asked if we wanted double fries or fries and coleslaw. Was not given another choice. In the ladies room their are 2 stalls, small and handicap, the handicap does not have a lock on the door which is a good 4 feet away from the toliet. We stopped I'm today and had the best service. They gave us updates on the time our food would be ready, they were so friendly and the inside was very clean. Thanks for a great experience.

The best drive-thru customer service in Andalusia was experienced by me today. I went to pick up a grilled chicken salad for my daughter today from Zaxby's and the young woman who took my order was such a breath of fresh air. You could absolutely HEAR the smile in her voice over the intercom. I didn't quite catch her name, but it might have been Marqueta. It was an M name, but my memory ain't as good as it used to be.
