“A group of ladies came for dinner and it was delicious! Chicken and dumplings with cornbread was homemade and the fried catfish was seasoned well and fried crispy. Paisley our waitress was very attentive and nice.. don’t miss out eating at this gem!”

“We ate at David’s Catfish House tonight. Amazing food! Freshly made onion rings were on the menu and they did not disappoint. We also had the catfish filets, baked potato, coleslaw, and hush puppies. Everything was delicious. The waitress was so sweet and took time to visit for a bit. We will definitely be back!”

“Went to this Cafe at the airport and was impressed with their lunch buffet. Today they had shrimp boiled, chicken tenders, egg rolls, Mac n cheese, chili, salad bar and other deserts. Overall everything tasted great and was filling. The highlight was watching helicopters take off and land while eating. I will definitely go back as the menu changes daily.”

“If you’re ever heading south from Nashville to the Gulf coast, Florida, you must go through Andalusia, AL and eat at Big Mike’s. The food here is fantastic!!! My sister had filet and I had the grilled chicken. Quality food and great service.”

The decor and attention to detail is beautiful. With marble countertops and old school charm, Sno Biz is the place to be when you’re craving a sweet treat.

Be sure to try the stuffed shaved ice, which is my personal favorite of: your choice of ice cream on the bottom and any flavor ice on top. I like to get the cream on top as well; don’t skip it, it’s the BEST. Highly recommend. Darren is very hospitable and definitely will have you coming back. 😊

“Been here a couple times while travelling recently and the food has been hot, fresh and made to order. The place is impeccably clean and the service at the counter has been prompt , kind and efficient. Brought our food to the table and made sure we had everything we needed .

Last time we were in, the guy who rang our order up brought out a 2 and back potatoes without us asking because he thought the first one he brought out was not quite done.

“I've lived in Andalusia for about 2 years. I have heard about this sandwich shop that is simply amazing. Well I saw that it was for sale. I was finally off a day they were open. This type of place is what makes small towns unique. Yes it's just a sandwich. However, you can taste the love in how simple everything is but it's at a good quality. Sad he is ready to retire when I just found the store. You have to try it just once!”

The beautiful wife had the deluxe burritos and fully enjoyed it and the price was no where near what you would think. Well worth the drive. “My experience was very satisfying for a long time I have been discouraged on eating out at different places around Andalusia either the food suck or the service is horrible or u over paying and not getting what u ask for well today was a new stop for me first time customer at firehouse sub today and I can say it was the best experience ever not only was me and my husband greeted we was greeted with smiles the employees looked happy to be there and the place was clean and inviting the evening crew of Andalusia rocked not only was my food delicious it was appealing to look at and made just the way I ask thank you god for the service today it gives me hope that there is people who still care especially about how they serve food and greet people with love and kindness The love was dang sure in the sandwich and I will most definitely be back the price is worth the sandwich sign a very happy Customer Lashay Carter”

“A family owned ,small Chinese Buffet. It has a good selection of tasty food . You pay first . You use Styrofoam plates and plastic utensils for your dinner. You are given a paper cup that you fill with ice and then tea or sodas( Coke Brand).Each table or booth has a roll of paper towels to use as napkins. There is also salt,pepper,sugar, artificial sweetener and soy sauce at each table. Restrooms are clean. You throw your own trash away in a large garbage can. It is an all you can eat buffet.”
