The food is amazing and so is their homemade teriyaki sauce I'm addicted 😁
Staff was so sweet. I did a mobile order and it was prompt and ready at the time it said it would be.
The rice was a 10 outta 10! Chicken had good flavor and the Lagoon bowl was a meal in itself but worked great as a shared dessert.
Clean picnic tables with umbrellas to stay in the shade while you eat.
Staff had a total of 5 people working and they all were friendly and thanked us for stopping by.
If this place was not hour and a half from home they would know me by name.

Cafe Fresca Hawaiian Fusion Grill is a restaurant in Andalusia, AL. The rice was a 10 outta 10 and has a mild sweetness that is very good. The chicken had good flavor and the Lagoon bowl was a meal in itself but worked great as a shared dessert. The Makana Musubi was amazing and huge portions. The steak and rice with greens, which is a very good salad, was liked. The teriyaki chicken and macaroni salad were very good. The two-protein plate is a good choice and you really can't go wrong with any of their meats. The macaroni salad was good, and they had a nice variety of sauces too. The poke bowl was interesting with spinach, carrots, and radishes in it, and the amount of rice is crazy. The grilled shrimp Baja tacos are not grilled, they are made in a seafood boil, and the shrimp tacos have a small kick for anyone who does not care for spicy food. The staff were friendly and thanked us for stopping by, and the service was awesome. The atmosphere is set up good and super cute, especially for a food truck set up, with music and a tent and tikis light tables with Hawaiian grass umbrellas and bamboo chairs in their waiting area.
