“I enjoy going to tropical smoothie but tonight I had a bad experience with them. I’m deaf and told the server who handed me my smoothie that I couldn’t hear and she needed to lower her mask so i could read her lips. She proceeded to lower her mask then place her hand in front of her mouth so i STILL couldn’t read her lips. Kinda disappointed when i go there all the time and most of the staff know I’m deaf...“
“They are so nice and the food and coffee are wonderful! Don't let the outside fool you this place is soooo worth the stop! Give them a try. I have never had bad service here, they are always smiling and polite.
