“We were traveling through and wanted something close to our hotel, so since we have never had Krystals we walked across the street. The kids loved the burgers and the side chik sandwiches. Chili cheese fries were good, just a little on the salty side. For those that want to complain about the burger, remember this isn't going to be a gourmet char grilled burger. Now let's talk about the staff, they were SO nice!! Even offered to help carry our drinks and food back to our hotel. Now, that is offerings above and beyond. Keep up the great customer service!!“

“March 22nd, your two wonderful ladies working at 10pm put a smile on my face and then some. My mother passed away Saturday evening and I had pulled off to find food and a hotel. I wish I had gotten their names but the ladies working the drive thru made me smile.... and then comforted me in my tears of grief. Hopefully this review will be seen by management and you let them know thru went above and beyond in making my sad drive home a little better.“

“I had a crazy good experience. Definitely the best McDonalds I’ve been to. It was slammed and I still got my food in less that 5 minutes. They forgot a chicken biscuit. When I went and asked, they apologized and I had it in less than 60 seconds.“

“The food was typical, the atmosphere was typical but they excelled with their customer service. Diane was super kind and knowledgeable. We dined in and she brought us our food when it was ready and asked us if we needed anything else. She cleaned the tables and tried to be very personable. Great service!“
