We were traveling through and wanted something close to our hotel, so since we have never had Krystals we walked across the street. The kids loved the burgers and the side chik sandwiches. Chili cheese fries were good, just a little on the salty side. For those that want to complain about the burger, remember this isn't going to be a gourmet char grilled burger. Now let's talk about the staff, they were SO nice!! Even offered to help carry our drinks and food back to our hotel....read full review
Burgers were very very onion. A lot more so than Little Tavern or White Castle. People that were with me said other locations were better. Restaurant was clean. Service wise, as a customer you feel like just a number. For a one dollar a burger would have rather gone to McDonald's.

We stop here regularly and walked in with 15 minutes before the lobby closed. The lady and other workers were very nice and polite. Even making my 3 year old laugh. Waited patiently on us and the bathrooms were clean and open too.
