“WE LOVE JACKS!! BEST FOOD!! I would love to give 5 stars all the way across but I do not always have great service. Breakfast is always fast any great. But nighttime/dinner is hit and miss. The managers are always wonderful and I'm sure the reason the food is somewhat slow or service isn't always exceptional is because night shift is typically mostly youth/young employees and that's more reflective of the way we are raising and allow our children/teens to behave and deal with accountability and criticism. The managers can only do so much.“

“So I'm standing in this McDonald's right now and I really don't know what the bad reviews are talking about. We drive through this town on the way to the beach and have stopped here a couple of times, and I don't remember it being anything but good... But this time I read the rest of the reviews and... I'm just saying that's not the experience that we're having. AND I ordered something wrong and they were really nice about it. So I would definitely stop here whether you live in the town or you're on your way to the beach. I would say it's one of the nicer McDonald's I've been to, as far as the people and the Customer Service. Oh... And a worker just literally came from across the restaurant to hold the door so I could leave. So yeah. 5 stars it is.“
