“We received our order in a timely manner and had ordered 4 of the 5 cent seasoning packets. We started eating and didn't know we did not receive the 4 seasoning packets. After about 30 minutes our delivery man (David) rang the doorbell and said they realized we did not receive the packets and gave them to us. Kudos to David who is a great representative for this store and not only did a good deed, but had a great attitude and friendly personality when he delivered the pizza. Great job 8149 Vaughn Rd!“

“This is not the location that I normally visit; however, I think I might make this my default location because the customer service is just that wonderful. This is my second time visiting and both times I was helped by a young man named Joshua T. His personality was outstanding! He wore a smile for every customer who entered the restaurant. he was full of enthusiasm and took genuine interest in helping the customers. The entire restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere. The management did not feel stressed or anxious. This has been one of the friendliest experiences I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A.“

“We got blizzards in the drive-thru. The one issue i have with them, is that more lighting is needed on the backside of the building. This is where the speaker for the drive-thru order is taken. Autos are in a blindspot, so please be careful.“

“Two things. There is a lot of of competition in the chicken restaurant biz. Zaxby's, raising Cane's, chick fila, Popeyes, KFC, etc. Huey magoos is a clear better in terms of quality over Guthries, however, Guthries was faster. the AC at this location was a little off. Blasting Cold air then.... nothing. Almost got hot. Y'all should figure that out before summer.“

“The bad? Not always a fan of the house music. Plus it is quite loud.The great? The food. The people. I have yet to get a bad burger, dog or sandwich from them. The quality is impeccable. All of the toppings are at no extra charge. Their fry servings are a bit misleading. They have paper cups that fries are served in and they don't look like much EXCEPT only about ⅓ of the fries you get are actually IN the cup. The rest are put directly in your bag with your sandwich. I made the mistake of ordering large fries for each of my husband and I the first time we ate there. We were hungry, or thought we were. Unless you are feeding teenage, bottomless stomach, boys... Order a small fry. Our fry order mostly went home with us and I reheated them with cheese and salsa for nacho fries and the second day I reheated the remainder and covered them with chipped beef.The prices do seem high. Easily $30 for 2 people. Between quantity and quality, you get your money's worth.The stores are immaculate. They practice scrupulous food safety. Even just going to shake their fries after touching bread, they change their gloves! And their bathrooms are the cleanest I've ever seen.Parking: Zelda Rd is the only location I've found where parking can be a bit of a challenge.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide. Every store has some low tables & at least 2 tables specifically designated accessible for wheelchair users.“

“When I came into the restaurant I was greated with a hello from Shirley. Shirley was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She seemed to be running the front of the house along with giving directions to back of the house and drive through. The restaurant was very clean. When Shirley brought out my food she even thought of bringing extra butter for my dish. I am a manager of a local chain and the customer service here was absolutely outstanding. Shirley deserves a huge raise“

“Breakfast is always great here. Service good and food hot. A shame that Hardee’s dinner menu has suffered over the years. I can remember when I worked at Quincy’s Family Steakhouse over twenty years ago and dinner menu at both was great. Both companies were under same umbrella. Now I only go to Hardee’s just for breakfast and Quincy’s is long gone. This restaurant is up to date and clean.“

“What a nice change from the Arby's I had gone to in other states. Clean, helpful, smiles all around! Their Arby's sandwich still isn't the one I remember from 50 years ago, sigh. I guess I will have to let them pass on that. I still like the classic. It just looks so gloomy. Why is the bread wrinkled like it is partially soggy?Hubby went for a burger, and my guest a gyro. “Absolutely Amazing Service!The General Manager Mr. Harrison and his kitchen staff went above and beyond for me and my family tonight. My family and I had a dance competition here at the Montgomery Performing Arts Conventio Center which ended later than we expected naturally when we seen the Milo's sign from the interstate we had to pay them a visit hoping they would let us sit down and enjoy a hot and fresh meal as a family and Mr. Harrison and his staff welcomed us in 25 minutes before closing time. And told us to take our time and enjoy our food, which we did. This is something that doesn't happen anymore since covid most restaurants will even close their restaurant earlier than their closing time, just so they can go home early. But not Mr. Harrison and his staff he welcomed us with open arms and we are truly grateful for his dedication to making the customer feel right at home. Kudos to you and your staff for continously checking on us to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK IN THIS RESTAURANT the next time we visit Montgomery, AL. from Auburn Al. So a BIG THANK YOU TO MR. HARRISON (GM) and his employees for making us feel welcome. “Love this place. Tiny bowling alley- only 10 lanes, but they're all well prepped and roll like they should. Food is outstanding, and service is incredible. Every time I went in, there were very few other people there, so you get very personalized service. The staff is incredible.“

“Apparently this is a really nice place to have a baby shower. Because that's the first time I came here. It's a nice event space. They had nice finger foods and great pie. I have to come try it out when it's a normal business day. They have a bar where they sell drinks and a comfy sitting area.“
