The restaurant is known for its well-prepared sandwiches, featuring toasted bread that is crispy on the outside and edible on the inside. The customer service is also commendable, with polite staff who listen to customers' requests and apologize for any wait times. Even when short-staffed, the employees stay focused and work hard to ensure a satisfying dining experience. Customers have praised the owner for making very good hires.
