“The food was all fresh and tasted as I'd expect. The place was clean. However of like 8 fountain drink options, only 3 in working order. They had a hand sanitizer station that was empty. There was no soap in the woman's bathroom, not even a soap dispenser. There was soap in the men's bathroom but the sink didnt work. Weird considering the only employees were women.“

“Tonight was the sixth different night, me and my husband have attempted to eat a Chicken Salad Chick in Cullman. Over the past two months, all six times we have been, they are out of everything. Tonight, they only had three kinds of chicken salads let and stated they were out of numerous other items. Keep in mind that this was not the end of the night, but actually a few minutes before 6:00 pm., all six times have been before seven o'clock and various days of the week. I don't know if it is management or what, but the Cullman store needs some help. I hate to see a good resturant close because of poor management. When I asked how often this happened, I was told all the time. Common sense tells me if I always run out, maybe I should make more, but nowadays people don't have much common sense. I would love to know who to contact to discuss this problem, before the resturant is completely run into the ground.“

“My sister and I visited this subway on Thurs, Sept. 19, 2024 at approximately 2:30. We were promptly greeted upon entry and they treated us like we were long lost cousins at the family reunion. In total my sister purchased 3 foot longs and I purchased 1. They made our sandwiches exactly as specified even after my sister decided to switch up some things on her foot long at the last minute.
