“I don’t understand the negative reviews. Maybe some people have an axe to grind. I travel all over the USA for work and it’s my first time at Chicken Salad Chick. Everything was great from my perspective. Service was polite and fast, food way above average for a chain.“

“Service was a bit slow but they were packed.
We ate out on the picnic table outside because we were traveling with our dogs ?. So that made it convenient. First time I ever got the avocado wrap with turkey. I will never eat anything but that it's the best.“

“Just passing through from Florida just a quick stop off the highway what a great surprise of the quality of service and very friendly . The two gentlemen that were working on May 22nd around 12 noon did an awesome job during the busy rush thank you for the great service will be back on our way home.“
