I don’t understand the negative reviews. Maybe some people have an axe to grind. I travel all over the USA for work and it’s my first time at Chicken Salad Chick. Everything was great from my perspective. Service was polite and fast, food way above average for a chain.
This is a nice healthy alternative if you want food that comes out fast but is not fast food. My body definitely appreciated something that was better for it than what I have been eating, and I appreciated the service and cleanliness of the restaurant.
The highlight of this visit where the delicious teas and lemonades that are made in house. The portion size is reflective of the price they ask for for each menu item but the price is too high for such average tasting items. After watching the commercials and seeing the website it seems they only create dishes for a select group of individuals that have money and no taste buds. The group that total 10 were all disappointed!

The restaurant provides a clean, cool, and quiet lunch environment. The management and staff at this location are always fantastic, and the team deserves kudos. As a connoisseur of broccoli and cheese soup, theirs is a must-have, and pairing it with the chicken salad is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend everyone try Chicken Salad Chick if you are looking for healthy eating options. While the food is really good, the staff could improve their greetings.
