“This place is AMAZING! We were greeted when we came in the door. Everyone in the place was super friendly. I had white meat fried chicken, mac & cheese, black-eyed peas and cornbread. If I was going to complain about anything, I prefer my black-eyed peas with more juice so I can dunk my cornbread. But that is not really a complaint. The seasoning for the black-eyed peas were perfect. The fried chicken was not greasy and had great seasoning. I like my mac & cheese creamy and this was. “I got the Joe's burger, and my friend got the cheeseburger with added bacon. Holy smokes. It's big, it's juicy, it's delicious, and the fries are awesome too. The service was great! I don't know his name, but the guy that took our order was professional and polite, all with phone orders coming in and people in line. It only took about 15 minutes to get our 3 orders ready, and he brought it out to our car, fresh and hot. If I lived here, I would be a regular!“

“Straight forward BBQ restaurant, enjoyed a local IPA and the rib and pulled pork combo plate. The Carolina Vinegar sauce was tangy with a little heat, which I enjoyed! The ribs were tender and had great flavor. The pulled pork was okay, nothing special. The onion rings were stellar especially in their Original BBQ sauce. Finished off dinner with a slice of Lemon Ice Box Pie… well worth every calorie! Will definitely stop in next time I’m traveling through Montgomery.“
