“This jimmy johns location has always been amazing. Even after I gave birth to my daughter a year ago, I ordered it almost everyday. But lately, they have been messing up every single one of our orders. Over a span of several months. I don’t know if y’all got new management or something, but it would be nice if y’all could get it together. It is nice that y’all do fix it when we call, but even that’s getting kind of old. “My daughter works evenings at Subway in Calera, Oklahoma. I call her less than 10 times a month. I called Labor day the guy that answered the phone was really rude to me. I ask to talk to my daughter he said " What does this pertain to? and ask me who I was." I had my phone on speaker and my husband heard him and said " It was none of his business." Most of the time I call it usually to order a sandwich. His tone of voice was condescending. He needs to learn phone ettiquette. I've worked for fifty years in public service had I talked to anyone like that I would of been written up and let go. I've been nupsrt since this happened three days ago.“
