“Met a friend here for lunch and overall had a really pleasant experience. The chicken salad was pretty good—not the best I’ve ever had, but solid and enjoyable. The food felt light and satisfying without being heavy, which made for a good lunch choice.
The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable and easy for catching up with a friend. Nothing overly memorable or standout, but everything was done well.
It’s the kind of place I’d return to when I want something reliable, fresh enough, and simple. I’d eat here again.“

“I had NEVER eaten there because of the name, it sounded like it would be good I aint ever heard of before 😂 but anyway I came across a post about a dessert they have and it looked so good I had to go by there and get a piece WELLLLL it smelled so good that I walked my big ole behind back around the building and got my husband out (he's in a wheelchair) and also it's food that I actually knew what it was (Burger's, Gyro's, fries etc) and man oh man oh man it was 1 of the BEST choices I have ever made with picking a restaurant to eat at!!!!!! I am SO SO SO dang hook!!! I had the BEST burger I have ever put in my mouth and well a dish I ain't ever heard of but she let me try, the Spinach Tomato Orzo... when I say I'm hooked I'm telling you that's an understatement... I just became a REGULAR customer!!!! people if you haven't tried this place I'm telling you do your taste buds a huge favor and GO 😅😂😅“

“This first time, this happened; Order Spud Max , got home with it, saw several black flakes in it, took bite of it was burnt bacon, my potato was half full burnt bacon in it. Try eating, had to stop, every bite had burnt taste to it. Had to discard my potato. Would return it, but live over 10 miles. Hope that this was one time, thing. Luv eating at McAllister.“

“My order was a Door Dash order and when they delivered it my food wasn't right my contents of my sandwich was on the wrong bread and I paid $15.59 for each sandwich at least it could have been the way I wanted it! Over all the food was good but I would Love a remake !“

“My sandwich was great. The Manager allowed to use one of my coupons. I didn't know that some sandwiches don't qualify for the coupons. The sandwich was so good I don't think I care that I can't use a coupon for it. I had the All American and my grandson had the BSM or something like that with salami on the sandwich. He enjoyed his also.“

“I can honestly say each time I go in this location the store manager is always so pleasant! This woman needs a raise ASAP! I mean in dollars not cents! There's subway on 69s which is much closer to my home. I never go in the 69s location anymore because it's just to much trouble and a headache. This is not a problem at the Greensboro location and I pay close to 20.00 for one sub each visit. If the owner reads these reviews be very thankful you have her as an employee! My sister would love her as her employee in the restaurant business!“

Excellent catering experience from Subway on Hwy 69 South in Tuscaloosa! The sandwich platters were fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Everything was ready on time, and the staff provided outstanding customer service. Perfect for meetings, parties, and group events. Highly recommend their catering—we’ll definitely order again!“

“I arrived aroun1:40 am the girl was either neor was just trying to by past time,she took my order which was a Bacon ranch sandwich and a kicking ranch wrap I ask for light mayo no peppers even doe the girl ring it up write my sandwich was still however mad wrong the sandwich makes was in the restroom but didn't take time to knowledge how I wanted my two sandwiches mad other then lack of direction to make my food it was still on 5/10“

“Ordered 5 sandwiches and 9 sides. Of the sandwiches, only 2 were right. Ordered 2 Greek Gyros but received 2 Chicken Gyros. Ordered extra meat and cheese on a Cubano but received regular Cubano. Only 3 of 9 sides were in order. Employee reluctantly added rest of sides and we discovered at home the sandwich problems. Contacted corporate, who referred complaint to franchisee. Heard nothing from the franchisee.
Spoke with manager today and she addressed all issues with order and apologized. We will continue to to use them hoping this was a one-off.“
