“This was my first time back to Jimmy Johns at this location in a year. Only because I live out in the middle of nowhere. I was bummed that they don't have olives anymore. Olives are great on the Italian Club Sandwich. I'll be back again at some point. Thank y'all 😊“

Owners and staff are always super friendly and seem to really take pride in their store. Probably the best Subway in the Birmingham area.“

“I go here at least once per week for lunch during working hours, and when my kids want to go out to eat, they always request to go here for dinner on the weekend as well. The sandwiches and the salads are absolutely amazing since everything is fresh, and you get to pick every single ingredient as they make it for you. I have to rave about Teressa at the Subway in Crestwood! The food line was absolutely immaculate—seriously, it looked ready for a commercial. You can tell she takes pride in her work and treats the restaurant like she owns it. She was professional, warm, welcoming, and made the entire experience enjoyable. This was the best customer service I’ve had at any food establishment in years. Subway is lucky to have her—she definitely deserves a raise!“

“Years ago, i contacted Google to get this place correctly listed. And, back then, they had a good staff. Now, i'm not so sure about this new crew. They have strange hours and i've seen the place closed on a Saturday and the "open" sign running at 3:45am.“
