“Perfect food and staff was nice“

“Delicious sandwiches & good service! ❤️❤️❤️“

“This Subway was clean and had a very pleasant young lady working behind the counter. She was patient and friendly. It may be a family owned store but I don’t know that for sure.

I tried their limited edition Thanskgiving sub. It was different but I like unique things and really enjoy“

“The food was great that wasn't the problem, the young man working the counter was very very respectful. My problem was the female cashier was very very rude to a Hispanic couple placing their order. It was very clear that the Hispanic gentlemen could not speak good English, instead of her trying to understand and be patient with the PAYING CUSTOMERS she yelled at him to speak up and then laughed as if it was funny.“

“Best chicken salad Ive had with various selections of flavors. Love it“

“I recently ordered Subway delivery for a training session with my students, and the experience was outstanding. The food arrived promptly and was fresh, neatly packaged, and exactly as ordered. The sandwiches were well-prepared, and the variety offered ensured that all dietary preferences were catered to, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.

The delivery service was efficient, with clear communication about the order status and arrival time. The students loved the meal, and it added to the success of the day. I highly recommend Subway delivery for any group event or training session!“

“We didnt dine in. We stayed at a hotel close by (walking distance) I was so hungry after surgery. I got the club. My husband the Rubin. His only issue was it wasnt saucey enough but he really liked it. We also got soup. My only complaint was the bacon should be a little more crispy. He loved is broccoli cheddar soup.. otherwise....so so good. And the price was shocking. 2 sandwiches and 2 cups of soup ..less than 40.00...yes please!“

“AMAZING!! Fresh ingredients, great combination of flavors and the bread was outstanding! Highly recommend“

“Great experience as usual! Evan was very cheerful and a delight!“

“Omg I loved my sandwich. I got the turkey Nd cheese. The bread was so fresh and toasted perfectly! Def going back next time I’m in town! Also the hot sauce they have is so good!“

“Lately, I've been discovering more places that sell fast food sandwiches, you've got Subway or Quiznos, Jimmy John's, and of course Firehouse Subs. This place is a special place because of the tradition that goes on around here. The theme is it depicts a firefighter doing his/her duties. Hence the name firehouse, I wouldn't be surprised if fire fighters come here to eat all the time.

Food: I got the Cajun chicken and the Italian sub, these are both phenomenal very rich tasting. And almost like, they put effort into making the sandwich. The price is actually affordable. I have posted pictures of the menu if you were to look.

Atmosphere: Like I said, it feels like you're a fire fighter when you eat here, it almost feels like home like you're safe. It wasn't too busy when I was here. If you buy something at firehouse subs, you can contribute to first responders.

Service: Obviously I wouldn't be skipping this, but the service was amazing. They make your food right every time piping hot. Always quick and efficient. No missing ingredients.“

“Great food! Clean store and friendly staff!“

“I’m sure this doesn’t happen often so I just wanted to give you guys a great review for having James as a part of your team. I went to your store on 7/31/20 and this man went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, courteous, and willing to make everyone feel welcomed. He is very well spoken and super polite. Keep up the good work James you deserve all the blessings you have coming to you. Thank you sir!“

“Stopped in after midnight and my expectations were totally exceeded. The entire store was immaculate. Dining room was clean, store was stocked with everything we wanted, and the sandwich artist was amazing. She made our sandwiches perfectly. Will definitely go to this subway again as most subways have lost the care to serve or clean properly.“

“THE TWO WOMEN EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE WAITED ON ME WERE PLIGHT AND KIND AND ALWAYS GOT MY ORDER RIGHT AND ALWAYS GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE IN NO TIME THAT I MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME AND MY STEAK AND CHEESE SUB WAS WONDERFUL THAT I HAD HALF FOR DINNER AND THE OTHER HALF FOR BREAKFAST SENSE I WORK 13 HOUR SHIFTS FROM 7:00 AT NIGHT TILL 8:30 IN THE MORNING THANKS TO THE LADIES FOR FIXING A GOOD SUB FOR ME TO ENJOY AND STAY SAFE AND WELL OUT THERE AND GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM ALWAYS AND FOREVER!??????‍♀️“

“I haven't gone to Jersey Mike's in 2 years the reason being was the lack of employee pride , the lack of cleanliness of the store and the lack of effort put into the preparation of the food. you guys have done a 180 your employees there tonight were excellent the store was spotless and I will be back again you've gained a customer back thank you for seeing what your problem was and fixing it“

“To anyone having to visit UAB Hospital or Kirkland Clinic-do yourself a favor and plan to eat here. Not only is the food far better than you would expect, the service is 5 star! The ladies behind the counter are friendly, courteous, and willing to make your meal just how you like it.Discovering Cora Lee’s breakfast potatoes is life changing, well, meal changing at least. Her smile will make you glad you came even if you don’t like potatoes.Do yourself a favor, skip the hospital cafeteria and take the elevator down to street level instead. If you can and wish to, show the team here some love by leaving a tip. These days good help is hard to find but awesome help is a real pleasure.“

“Today was my first visit to this location and Robert did an excellent job of taking care of my Subclub order, he was very friendly not just to me but every customer that came in while I was there. I highly recommend this location, the food was great, the dining area was exceptionally clean I will certainly be a regular customer when passing through here.“

“Stopped here while traveling and the experience was absolutely outstanding today. Very friendly service and the food might be the best iv had at any firehouse. The sandwich honestly looked like it could have been on a commercial for them. 10 out of 10.“

“As always the food is really good and the customer service is outstanding!! Highly recommend!!!“

“I ordered on Thursday, September 26th and the man who brought my food was kind, friendly, and extremely fast. I normally order well in advance from here because there have been times it has taken over an hour for the food to come, but he had it in my hand in about 20 minutes. I hope this is a consistent change for this location as the food is always good.“

“This subway is always packed but the team handles their customers so well, the line is always moving super fast and efficiently. Bryant and his team are always prepped and well-prepared for the anticipating crowd everyday. This is the only subway that I visit frequently because the food looks so fresh, store is clean and you can tell they attend to everything with care. They are the reason I continue to come back. They know their customers like they are family. Kudos to store #46968! The owner needs to provide this Subway team with raises! They are setting the standards high daily compared to any Subway I visited before.“

“They only reason I didn't give five stars on because I got home, and noticed my bacon was missing off my sub in a tub #8. I called and I was told that I could come back by for two pieces of bacon, but I was already home. I was hoping that the manager would've offered a better resolution, such as a credit or something that could be applied towards a future visit.“

“This is my favorite Subway in the area. It's always clean and the service is always fast and friendly. I usually order the Italian BMT, and it never disappoints, also when I want something sweet, the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are my favorite.“

“Every time I go to the subway, I am greeted by name, and every employee E. is so nice the food is always delicious and it’s always a pleasant experience. if I’ve been having a bad day I go eat Subway for lunch just so I can have a good smile put on my face because everybody is so nice that works there. The food is always good and it’s reasonably priced. Thank you for all you do and I’ll keep coming back.“

“We came in mid-day, around lunch rush, the store was very clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. My order was taken and made immediately, nearly zero wait time. My sandwiches were fresh and prepared exactly the way I ordered it. We will definitely be going back.“

“I have to say this is by far the cleanest and best service I have ever received at a subway! The guy working there right now deserves a raise! He has the best customer service and makes the sandwiches amazing! I’m not sure of his name which I hate but he deserves much props! It says in my receipt served by 1 so maybe you can identify him that way if you’re his manager! Thanks for the experience!“

“My go to place for a good fast meal. The subs I get are just the way I want. The service is great. However, I am perplexed that the establishment is void of customers when I visit after work hours. Good for me on my way to an event at the BJCC or the not to far away high school.

Parking: Parking is in rear of building away from the front entrance.“

“Yummy, we love Jimmy John’s.“

“Honestly, I had a nightmare with DoorDash and my food getting mishandled, but the store handled it awesomely. I didn’t catch the guy at the counter’s name, but he helped me and my husband above and beyond our expectations. They were awesome. We were there 8/30/2025 at 2:10pm.“

“Great tasting and well prepared subs! Visited this location on a Monday during lunchtime and was out the door, within 8 minutes or less. Friendly staff the experience even better. I highly recommend this location and I’ll definitely be back again!!!“

“Best sub in Vestavia. . We loved it. . Friendly employees. . Clean. . Fast service.“

“Love the food, however, on multiple occasions when I get a quick chick on my lunch break I’m only given 4 packs of crackers and I’m not sure how I’m supposed to be satisfied with that as a meal, so the rest of work I’m just starving. Not all the workers are stingy with the crackers, I just don’t know why anyone would think that was enough crackers to give someone“

“I ordered through the app! Asked for extra mayonnaise and got no mayonnaises! Good thing I was headed to the house, because my sandwich tasted like pure mustard, but I only ordered regular mustard! The woman behind the counter kept charging a patient like $3.00 for a small drink! The service was awful and the cashier seemed to speak little English! This experience makes me not want to visit Subway for a long time! Absolutely Awful! ?

Parking: Had to pay to park, because the cashier took so long! Worst experience ever with Subway!“

“🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I have to rave about Teressa at the Subway in Crestwood! The food line was absolutely immaculate—seriously, it looked ready for a commercial. You can tell she takes pride in her work and treats the restaurant like she owns it. She was professional, warm, welcoming, and made the entire experience enjoyable. This was the best customer service I’ve had at any food establishment in years. Subway is lucky to have her—she definitely deserves a raise!“

“It's good“

“My family and I like to go here quite often. It is near and clean and I love how they can close the glass cases on the food especially during this time while COVID, the flu and RSV are running rampant! My fíance and I have discovered the pizzas that we put extra marinara sauce on, then pepperoni, cappicoli (spiced ham), tomatoes, black olives and anything else then top it with mozzarella and parmesan cheese toast it and wha-la!!! It's an excellent personal pan pizza!!¡! They have salami too!!! Try it but be warned, they have a bunch of great looking new sandwiches too!!!! Really good Subway and please tip the workers in that on the counter!! They aren't allowed to write tip jar on it for some reason but that's what it is!!!“

“Honestly only get food from here bc Andrew is the best worker ever! I’m a student PTA at Jeff state and have been coming here for a few months now, weekly, and everytime I come, Andrew is always working so hard and gives such great service! What a guy! He needs a raise!!!“

“The costumer service is amazing. Went there on my lunch break today and this one girl was working by herself. She was fast and friendly. She told me her uncle owned the subway and if you see this please give her a raise. She deserves it.“

“This jimmy johns location has always been amazing. Even after I gave birth to my daughter a year ago, I ordered it almost everyday. But lately, they have been messing up every single one of our orders. Over a span of several months. I don’t know if y’all got new management or something, but it would be nice if y’all could get it together. It is nice that y’all do fix it when we call, but even that’s getting kind of old. If y’all can get it together and start making things correctly the first time, that would be super great and I definitely loved ordering from y’all before all of this.“

“Excellent food and service!! The Beach unwich is my favorite!“

“I got a soft spot for subway, and this location is closest to where I live. It really is a bummer most subways are fairly empty these days, but for what it is I dig it.
The workers are polite and as with most subways it is best to go in past 10am and before 9pm.
With that rule in mind you will find the better produce during that time.

Overall the service is good and I have no complaints other than the emptiness of the store which is all Subways these days.“
