I haven't gone to Jersey Mike's in 2 years the reason being was the lack of employee pride , the lack of cleanliness of the store and the lack of effort put into the preparation of the food.
you guys have done a 180 your employees there tonight were excellent the store was spotless and I will be back again you've gained a customer back thank you for seeing what your problem was and fixing it

Second time here and Kihlia (I hope i spelled that right) was such a huge help! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Dont really eat Jersey Mikes but wanted to try the chicken salad sandwich and will be back hope she’s there to help me with my next choice!
Que and Matt at the Vestavia location was awesome it was t first time eating from there they helped me decide on the best sandwich and they were extremely nice and cool
