I order from here frequently on the Papa John's app because it is the closest location. The estimated delivery times on the tracking feature they have is surprisingly accurate. Many times, they beat the quoted delivery time, and I have never had them be late.No contact delivery is the best thing ever, I don't know why it took us a pandemic to figure this out.My only complaint is they seem to get my very simple pizza orders wrong way more frequently than they should. We placed an order over the phone. No issues with ordering over phone. When we were going to pick up the order, several friends asked us to place and pick them up some pizzas also. I used the app and placed several more orders. App was easy to use. We arrived within 15min of placing order. The staff was friendly and all the multiple orders were ready.

Pizza was jam up as always, I read through some of the reviews that had issues with management or orders but I didn't have any such issues. I did order online (and reccomend others do the same for convenience) so my interaction with the staff was brief. Also this location can be a PAIN to get in and out of so watch out if your in a big truck or have a trailer. Overall good experience and will get some pizza from here again.
