Lovely staff however, when I have to step over high school girls back packs and wait extra long to get my drink bc CHILDREN want to hang out at 7 am, I’m pissed. Get your drink and go to school. I swear vestavia kids and their parents are the most pretentious people I ever come across.
I have always been given time to decide what I want and to ask for little things to customize my drinks and coffee
Brandy was an incredible barista. She could tell I hadn’t tried my drink before and offered me a sample to see how I liked it and even gave me some caramel in case I changed my mind. The holidays are stressful for service workers and I really commend her genuine kindness and helpful attitude during a tough time
