Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas the works and the meats. Both pizzas came like they had been dropped, also ordered cheesesticks and wings. The wings were ok the cheesesticks taste like they had been sitting for a while. We called and told the manager, he was very rude said he would have them remade and sent back out just make sure he got the old 1s and then hung up on me. We will never order from this location again.

I order from here frequently on the Papa John's app because it is the closest location. The estimated delivery times on the tracking feature they have is surprisingly accurate. Many times, they beat the quoted delivery time, and I have never had them be late.No contact delivery is the best thing ever, I don't know why it took us a pandemic to figure this out.My only complaint is they seem to get my very simple pizza orders wrong way more frequently than they should. I'm not picky, I just eat it anyway. But my one extra large pizza delivery ends up being around $30 including "delivery fee" and tip. I think their batting average should be higher given that price point.Parking: Very small lot, hard to navigate. Probably not a good idea during peak hours. Not the fault of this franchise. They moved in long after the space was built.

We placed an order over the phone. No issues with ordering over phone. When we were going to pick up the order, several friends asked us to place and pick them up some pizzas also. I used the app and placed several more orders. App was easy to use. We arrived within 15min of placing order. The staff was friendly and all the multiple orders were ready.

Pizza was jam up as always, I read through some of the reviews that had issues with management or orders but I didn't have any such issues. I did order online (and reccomend others do the same for convenience) so my interaction with the staff was brief. Also this location can be a PAIN to get in and out of so watch out if your in a big truck or have a trailer. Overall good experience and will get some pizza from here again.

They blew me away. I always thought I hated papa johns but I wanted to try a pizza bowl since it’s a low carb option. I’ve never seen someone start an order so fast and complete it that fast. It was ready when I pulled up and I was already on my way. Everyone was polite. My order was correct and very very good. I’d come back. I don’t live near this location but it’s going to be hard to go to another one because I had such a good experience. No drama in this store and everyone was busy working and listening to awesome music ! Will be back !Dietary restrictions: Low carb

Tonight was our third time placing a large last-minute order that I honestly didn't expect for them to fill but the managers and the crew said it would be no problem at all. I figured there would be long wait but the crew knocked it out much faster than expected and fixed us up with a coupon on top of that. The pizza is always great but the customer service is even more in my opinion.

We recently moved to Logan Martin lake and were craving pizza. So we tried to order from Dominos and the web site said we were too far out. Then we tried Papa Johns and we are so happy we did. From now on Papa Johns will be our pizza source here at the lake and also back in Birmingham. Delivery was right on time and the pizza was hot and fresh. We are vegetarians and really enjoyed the veggie pizza. Other items on the menu were very good too. We have now ordered a few times and each time the experience was very good. Even with the help situation nation wide, this store is very well managed.
