“I haven't gone to Jersey Mike's in 2 years the reason being was the lack of employee pride , the lack of cleanliness of the store and the lack of effort put into the preparation of the food. you guys have done a 180 your employees there tonight were excellent the store was spotless and I will be back again you've gained a customer back thank you for seeing what your problem was and fixing it“

After my previous review, the owner personally reached out via phonecall. I’ve since returned to the restaurant multiple times for breakfast and am pleased to report that the horribly overpowering vanilla stench is gone. All is well, thank you Jerry Cotney.“
