“I live nearby the Helena Chick-fil-a and have been going there frequently. There was a period when customers were few and drive thru service was a little slow but for the last few months it has been a real pleasure to go there. The food is ALWAYS great, and the menu options keep growing with variety and taste. The customer focused service workers in the drive thru are wonderful - competent, friendly and very efficient. I love this place and will continue to go there on a regular basis.“

“I picked up an online order at 12:37 on 6/19. The two employees were so awesome and so nice and so cool. My food was fresh and tasty and accurate. This is probably my favorite Taco Bell location in the area and I will drive past multiple locations to go to this one specifically. I <3 the Helena Bell“

“30 mins spent in the drive thru on multiple occasions is just ridiculous!!! This place is so slow!! I sat at the ordering speaker for 5 mins constantly saying hello before someone came on. Then spent another 20-25 mins waiting for a medium concrete.“

“Service was quick, friendly and accurate. The atmosphere was extra special with small bud vases on each table with fresh flowers. I did see a table that needed to be cleaned off and there were dead flies laying on the window sill right by where we were eating.“

“My husband and I just had lunch from Pizza Hut in Helena. It’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years . Absolutely perfect from the crust to the toppings. We’ll be eating pizza from there for a long time to come. Not only was the pizza great, but the store manager was super nice. Great business and a great manager. Thank you!!!“

“I recently had an issue with my order at Zaxby’s in Helena, but I wanted to share how impressed I was with their customer service. Although my order was not correct at first, the manager handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. They took the time to listen, apologized for the mistake, and made it right by inviting me to come back so they could replace the order.

When I returned, everything was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and stand behind their service. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how a business responds that really matters and this team went above and beyond to fix the issue.

“Our family went out last night to this McDonald’s. on February 27th. They were so kind. And had such a positive energy. It was clean, and they brought our food to us and asked us if we need anything. And heard that I was asking my boyfriend to grab me and the youngest some sauce. And they happily obliged to get some. The fries were hot and warm. And the kid loved the play place. The two women that were working last night were amazing.“

While the drive-through is faster than dining in or ordering inside for takeout, you won't be waiting longer than 5 to 10 minutes tops.
If you need anything, they are quick to assist you.

“Not a huge fan of Milos. That being said the employees were nice and polite, cutting up and having a good time at work. They brought that to the atmosphere of the restaurant, definitely a plus.

Having employees that enjoy their work and work together well while taking care of the customer is a huge deal nowadays.

As far as the food goes it was Milo's, if you like it you do if you don't you don't.“

“I really like Milos and we eat at the Pelham store regularly. However yesterday was a disappointment. The tea was terrible, it taste soured, and I buy Milos tea at the grocery so I know how it should taste. When I returned it to the counter the employee stated others had complained about the taste, so why didn’t they make new tea? Also the burger with lettuce & tomato kept falling apart because the lettuce was a huge thick piece too large for the sandwich. The regular cheeseburger was thrown together also. I’m not sure what was going on yesterday but it was not a good experience.“
