“I live nearby the Helena Chick-fil-a and have been going there frequently. There was a period when customers were few and drive thru service was a little slow but for the last few months it has been a real pleasure to go there. The food is ALWAYS great, and the menu options keep growing with variety and taste. The customer focused service workers in the drive thru are wonderful - competent, friendly and very efficient. I love this place and will continue to go there on a regular basis.“

They took the time to listen, apologized for the mistake, and made it right by inviting me to come back so they could replace the order.

“Mistakes at Chik Fil A are rare, so when they do happen, it is very disappointing. Staff was friendly as usual, but the gentleman taking my order was either hard of hearing or took it upon himself to reduce my calories. Instead of a large sweet tea and a 12 count of nuggets, I was given a medium tea and an 8 count of nuggets. The tea was fixed at the window, but I didn't discover the wrong nugget count until I was home. Maybe Chik Fil A should adopt a policy of repeating the order back to the customer to confirm?“

“Kay and her team at Iz did an AMAZING catering job at my wedding! Everyone complimented how good the food was and, most importantly, that the servers were so attentive! One guest commented that her glass never even reached half way before it was being refilled. That made me feel so glad I chose Iz. “Service was the worst we have ever had. When you walk in the hostess doesn't even look at you. We were seated in the bar section and then pointed at by the hostess and wait staff to tell the bartender to take our table instead of walking over and telling him they had three people pointing and saying we were his table. Could barely understand the bartender since he talked so low I had to guess mostly what he was asking. The only nice person we encountered was the food runner. And nope didn't ask if we wanted dessert or anything just gave us the check and left. Worst by far visit ever could have.“
