“I live nearby the Helena Chick-fil-a and have been going there frequently. There was a period when customers were few and drive thru service was a little slow but for the last few months it has been a real pleasure to go there. The food is ALWAYS great, and the menu options keep growing with variety and taste. The customer focused service workers in the drive thru are wonderful - competent, friendly and very efficient. I love this place and will continue to go there on a regular basis.“

They took the time to listen, apologized for the mistake, and made it right by inviting me to come back so they could replace the order.

“The food was good as always. We went on mother's day and there were no waiting list. They seat us right away. The server was kind of lost. Her voice was so low that was hard to understand what she was saying. When she brought our drink she spilled some, im glad was water. She did the same with one of our soup.“

We were seated in the bar section and then pointed at by the hostess and wait staff to tell the bartender to take our table instead of walking over and telling him they had three people pointing and saying we were his table. “I'm passing through Bama from out of state and decided to try them. I got the Hawaiian burger with beef patty and no mayo and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had (And I've had many burgers in my life). Wow! Juicy, seasoned beef with grilled pineapple and shredded lettuce. This burger had all the right elements. Was ready in 5 minutes!“

“I’ve never had an issue with the food at this Zaxby’s. It’s always been A1. I’ve also never had a problem with the service until today.

The red-haired girl with piercings at the window didn’t seem very personable. I had placed a mobile order, but when I got to the window she gave me a total. I politely told her it was a mobile order, and she quickly turned around, handed me my bag, and gave me a drink that had soda spilled all over the cup.

Before I could even ask for a napkin or say anything about it, she said “have a great day” and closed the window.

No disrespect to her personally, but customer interaction might not be the best position for her. Hopefully this was just an off day.“
