I love the fresh choices CAVA has to offer but my reason for this review today is the customer service!Tammy is so sweet, energetic, and happy to help each customer have the best experience possible.Definitely the best customer service I have had anywhere in a very long time!
I did a take out the other day from Cava for the first time. The customers were mostly GenZs. The ingredients were fresh. I give them a 4 here because the chicken both types that I tasted did not have salt and I just didn't like that I had to add salt on it. I prefer my meat cooked with salt. I personally don't like much salt but adding on top just makes it taste weird. Also their serving stations are backwards. They add hummus and then other things on top of it and bury hummus...read full review

The general manager Caleb at the Hoover location was amazing.
