Carrot cake is truly all I will ever need here. It's warm, it's moist, it's spiced well... just YUMMMM. The cajun trout was on special and was absolutely delicious. Crab cakes were delicious as always as well. I don't get around to J Alexanders often, but I'm always reminded to stop by more often when I do happen to stop in.
The restaurant is beautiful with a darker lodge feel. Nice candle light all over. We have been here many times and it never disappoints. I usually get the filet, which is about the best I have ever tasted. Service is always great!
