My friends met on a Sunday. The bar and kitchen were slightly short staffed. Still, the food---sandwiches, Mac n Cheese, slaw---were hits. There were gluten-free options. Drinks and beers were approved.
A very cool place with really good sandwiches have many more to try. Will be heading back.
My friend and I had brunch. The food was very tasty and the staff were friendly and fun. Easy parking.

The Electric – East Avondale is a new spot that opened close to many homes. It offers a good spread of sandwiches, soup and salad. Diners can choose the Hedburg sandwich, Bandit, burger, hummus, beer cheese, French Onion Soup, Smash Burgers, Pub Sub, Macaroni n Cheese and many more. The food is fresh, full of flavor and love. The decor/vibe is cool and the back patio is a solid spot for winter or any season. Staff are friendly, accommodating and provide quick service. The atmosphere is fun, with horror movies shown on the TV during Halloween. The location is great and the staff are great. Many recommend it for lunch or dinner and it is a must stop for anyone in the area. The Electric is a great new favorite spot.
